29 Eylül 2026 tarihinde Kişinev’de, Tacikistan Cumhuriyeti Dışişleri Bakan Yardımcısı Farukh Homiddin Sharifzoda ile Moldova Cumhuriyeti’ndeki Tacik topluluğunun temsilcileri arasında bir görüşme gerçekleştirildi.

Toplantı sırasında, Millet Lideri, Tacikistan Cumhuriyeti Cumhurbaşkanı saygıdeğer Emomali Rahmon’un yurt dışındaki vatandaşlarla bağları güçlendirmeyi amaçlayan bilge politikası çerçevesinde, katılımcılar Tacik vatandaşlarının hak ve çıkarlarının korunması, vatandaşlar ile vatan arasındaki bağların güçlendirilmesi, Tacik dilinin, kültürünün ve milli değerlerinin korunması ve geliştirilmesi konularını ele aldılar.

Bakan Yardımcısı, yurtdışında yaşayan Tacikistanlı hemşerilerimizin, Tacik toplumu ile dış dünya arasında önemli bir köprü görevi görerek, ülkeyi onurlu bir şekilde temsil etmede, halklar arası ilişkileri güçlendirmede ve Tacikistan ile Moldova arasında dostane ilişkiler geliştirmede önemli katkılar sağladığını vurguladı.

Toplantıda ayrıca Tacik toplumunun faaliyetleri, diplomatik misyon ve konsolosluk kurumuyla etkileşimi ve kültürel, ekonomik ve insani bağların geliştirilmesine yönelik перспектиfler hakkında görüş alışverişinde bulunuldu.

On September 29, 2026, in Chisinau, a meeting was held between Farukh Homiddin Sharifzoda, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, and representatives of the Tajik community in the Republic of Moldova.

In the course of the meeting, in the context of the wise policy of the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, aimed at strengthening ties with compatriots abroad, the participants discussed issues related to the protection of the rights and interests of Tajik citizens, strengthening ties between compatriots and their homeland, as well as preserving and promoting the Tajik language, culture and national values.

The Deputy Minister emphasized that Tajik compatriots abroad, as an important link between Tajik society and the outside world, make a significant contribution to representing the country with dignity, strengthening people-to-people contacts, and developing friendly relations between Tajikistan and Moldova.

The meeting also included an exchange of views on the activities of the Tajik community, its interaction with the diplomatic mission and consular institution, as well as prospects for developing cultural, economic and humanitarian ties.

On 30 September 2026, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Idibek Kalandar met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Republic of Tajikistan, Johan Schitterer, and the Director for Spectrum Planning and International Affairs at France’s National Frequency Agency (ANFR), Eric Fournier.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on prospects for expanding cooperation between Tajikistan and France within the framework of the United Nations and other international organizations.

Tacikistan Cumhuriyeti Dışişleri Bakan Birinci Yardımcısı Farrukh Hamralizoda, 1 Ekim 2026’da İtalya’nın Roma kentinde düzenlenen 44. BM Su Toplantısı’na katılımı kapsamında, 4-6 Mayıs 2028 tarihlerinde Duşanbe’de yapılacak Birleşmiş Milletler Su Kaynakları Konferansı’na yönelik hazırlıklar hakkında bir açıklama yaptı.

Birinci Bakan Yardımcısı, konuşmasında, 2018-2028 Uluslararası “Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma için Su” Eylem On Yılı’nın doruk noktası olacak Konferans’a hazırlık amacıyla Tacikistan tarafından atılan adımlar hakkında dinleyicileri bilgilendirdi.

Tacikistan’ın, küresel su gündeminin sürekliliğini ve tutarlılığını sağlamaya ve Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedefi 6’ya (herkes için su ve sanitasyonun erişilebilirliğini ve sürdürülebilir yönetimini sağlamak) ulaşmak için uluslararası işbirliğini güçlendirmeye özel önem verdiği vurgulandı.

Birinci Bakan Yardımcısı, Konferansa hazırlık sürecinin tamamı boyunca BM Üye Devletleri, Birleşmiş Milletler kuruluşları, uluslararası ve bölgesel örgütler, uluslararası finans kuruluşları ve diğer paydaşlarla yakın işbirliğinin sürdürülmesinin öneminin altını çizdi.

Konferansın esas temelinin geliştirilmesine ve sonuç belgesi olan Duşanbe Su Çerçevesi’nin hazırlanmasına özel önem verildi. BM Genel Kurulu tarafından kabul edilen karara uygun olarak, bu belgenin küresel su gündemini daha da ilerletmek için hükümetler arası düzeyde mutabık kalınmış, eylem odaklı bir çerçeve görevi görmesi bekleniyor.

Bu bağlamda, Duşanbe Konferansı’nın “Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma için Su” Uluslararası Eylem On Yılı’nın kazanımlarının değerlendirilmesine ve su kaynakları alanında uluslararası işbirliği için daha fazla alan belirlenmesine katkıda bulunmayı amaçladığı vurgulandı.

Konuşmada, Tacikistan’ın 2028 BM Su Konferansı’nın başarılı bir şekilde hazırlanması ve düzenlenmesi amacıyla tüm paydaşlarla açık, kapsayıcı ve yapıcı bir şekilde işbirliği yapmaya hazır olduğu yeniden teyit edildi.

On October 1, 2026, as part of his participation in the 44th UN-Water Meeting in Rome, Italy, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Farrukh Hamralizoda delivered a statement on preparations for the United Nations Conference on Water Resources, which will be held on 4–6 May 2028 in Dushanbe.

During his statement, the First Deputy Minister informed the audience on the steps being undertaken by Tajikistan in preparation for the Conference, which will serve as the culminating event of the International Decade for Action “Water for Sustainable Development”, 2018–2028.

It was emphasized that Tajikistan attaches particular importance to ensuring the continuity and coherence of the global water agenda, as well as to strengthening international cooperation towards the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 6 — ensuring availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all.

The First Deputy Minister underscored the importance of continuing close engagement with UN Member States, United Nations entities, international and regional organizations, international financial institutions and other stakeholders throughout the preparatory process for the Conference.

Particular attention was paid to developing the substantive basis of the Conference and preparing its outcome document — the Dushanbe Water Framework. In accordance with the resolution adopted by the UN General Assembly, the document is expected to serve as an intergovernmentally agreed, action-oriented framework for further advancing the global water agenda.

In this regard, it was emphasized that the Dushanbe Conference is intended to contribute to taking stock of the achievements of the International Decade for Action “Water for Sustainable Development” and to identifying further areas for international cooperation in the field of water resources.

Tajikistan’s readiness for open, inclusive and constructive engagement with all stakeholders with a view to ensuring the successful preparation and convening of the 2028 UN Water Conference was reaffirmed during the speech.

On 1 October 2026 in Rome, Italy, on the sidelines of the 44th session of UN-Water, a meeting was held between the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Farrukh Hamralizoda and President of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and Chair of UN-Water, Alvaro Lario.

During the meeting, the sides discussed issues related to the further development of cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan, IFAD and UN-Water, as well as prospective areas of international cooperation in the field of water resources and sustainable development.

The sides also exchanged views on preparations for and the holding of the UN Water Conference in 2028 in Dushanbe, emphasizing the importance of close cooperation and coordination of efforts in the preparation process for this event.
